Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and control live broadcast display channels, ensuring programming fluency and continuity; * Continuously monitor inputs (source signals) and outputs (destination signals), ensuring transmission integrity, stability, and technical quality; * Manage and operate the signal distribution system across multiple platforms and destinations; * Receive, verify, and organize commercial materials (VTs, sponsorships, insertions, GCs) according to the program schedule; * Ensure commercial verification during live broadcasts, taking responsibility for technical signaling of commercial deliveries across various platforms, guaranteeing each material reaches the correct destination at the exact scheduled time; * Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of automation processes and tools to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual errors; * Collaborate with production and technical teams to quickly identify and resolve signal failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Radio & TV, Audiovisual, Telecommunications, or related fields is considered a plus); * Prior experience in signal monitoring, quality control (QC), and master/exhibition operations for live broadcasts; * Knowledge of signal distribution systems, video routing, and broadcast/display software; * Exceptional attention to detail, especially when verifying and executing commercial materials; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Flexibility regarding working hours and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus and agility in resolving issues within live environments. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is May 15, 2026\.** RBS is made up of people.
