Ensure food safety and hygiene **CULINARY COMPANY IS SEEKING:** COOK **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform culinary preparations; assist in assembling sandwiches and meals; prepare side dishes and salads; blanch vegetables; possess knowledge of cutting techniques; prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requested servings; use griddle plates to grill proteins and deep fryers for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation and buffet organization and assembly; ensure food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties relevant to the position. **COMPENSATION:** R$ 2.500,00 + 20% HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE **BENEFITS:** Dental Plan, Health Plan, On-site Meal, Transportation Voucher **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 2 years of experience at the same workplace and in the role of cook; candidates with experience in commercial restaurants are also welcome; candidates must be based in Porto Alegre. **MINIMUM EDUCATION:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
