Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Administrative Support:** Assist with administrative activities such as document organization, filing, and material digitization; * **Customer Service:** Provide basic telephone support, respond to e\-mails, and deliver in-person service—all under supervision; * **Operational Process Support:** Participate in executing operational processes, following company-established procedures; * **Event and Meeting Support:** Assist with logistical arrangements for internal events—such as meetings and training sessions—including preparing materials and welcoming participants; * **Theoretical Learning:** Actively participate in the theoretical coursework of the apprenticeship program; * **Project Collaboration:** Contribute ideas and assist in implementing small administrative projects under managerial guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Fundamental or Secondary Education; * Must be between 15 and 17 years of age (fully completed); * Availability to attend the theoretical course (classroom instruction) at Senac Novo Hamburgo, aligned with the Apprenticeship Program, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Availability to work at Grupo Herval (practical instruction), from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Must possess a Digital Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Digital); * For Persons with Disabilities (PCD), no minimum education level or age limit applies. **Additional Information** **HERE'S A TIP:** * We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys debating ideas, and seeks ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously evolve.
