Here, we value and encourage individuality in a healthy, collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Construction Elevator Operator, your responsibilities will include:** * Inspecting elevator operating conditions at the start of each shift, in accordance with the daily checklist and safety regulations; * Operating construction elevators to transport personnel, materials, equipment, and tools used in civil construction; * Strictly observing load limits and dimensions of transported materials to ensure operational safety; * Performing minor adjustments and simple repairs accessible on the equipment, provided they do not involve electrical hazards; * Reporting any anomalies, hazardous situations, or irregularities identified to your immediate supervisor; * Maintaining equipment condition, keeping the workstation organized, and complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Schedule: Monday to Friday — 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Incomplete or complete elementary education; * Proven experience operating construction elevators (rack-and-pinion type); * Knowledge of and ability to apply safety regulations (NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, and NR-6); **Preferred qualifications include:** * Complete secondary education; * Prior experience on construction sites; * Organized, attentive profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to work weekends and overtime. **Additional Information** **By joining our team, Orguel offers the following benefits!** **Transportation**: Transportation allowance for your commute. **Meals**: Meal allowance or meal voucher — choose whichever best suits your daily needs. **Medical and Dental Assistance**: For you and your dependents.
