If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people's lives, come transform with us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure reliability of data and commercial controls, guaranteeing information consistency for decision-making; * Develop, monitor, and analyze budget, business plan, and commercial results (P&L); * Analyze performance of developments, products, and sales, identifying opportunities, risks, and performance bottlenecks; * Support executive leadership and commercial leadership with financial and operational analyses, translating data into insights; * Act as a bridge between controller, commercial area, marketing, and finance, ensuring alignment of goals, commercial policies, expenses, and bonuses; * Design, automate, and maintain up-to-date reports and dashboards for commercial KPIs; * Monitor performance indicators (PPR, sales targets, pre\-launches, sales velocity, among others); * Support structuring of commercial operations processes, promoting efficiency and standardization; * Contribute to developing strategic materials and studies to support executive decision-making; * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of commercial results based on data analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in controller, planning, or related areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency and solid PowerPoint knowledge. * Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other BI tools. * Experience with P&L, targets, and performance indicators. **At Melnick, you will have:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; commerce, wellness, and others.
