Support budget preparation and financial projections The accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Gravataí. **Responsibilities:** Assist with accounting bookkeeping, tax calculation, and other departmental routine tasks. Assist with organizing and maintaining accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Record financial transactions in accounting systems and prepare financial reports. Assist with account reconciliation and analysis of balance sheets and financial statements. Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, including tax declarations and labor-related filings. Assist with inventory control and production cost calculations. Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting closings. Monitor and update tax and accounting legislation. Provide support in preparing budgets and financial projections. Participate in internal and external audits. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government agencies to resolve accounting matters.
