It seeks to promote economic, social, and political prosperity through innovation, contributing to the evolution of entrepreneurial ecosystems and generating positive-impact outcomes for entrepreneurs, large corporations, and public and private institutions.** We are seeking a Portfolio Manager based in Porto Alegre to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Manage activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, and delivery quality; * Structure and facilitate internal management rituals; * Conduct onboarding for new startups and sponsors, ensuring alignment with the incubator’s guidelines and culture; * Produce and present monthly performance reports to sponsors, including data and results from incubated startups; * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, institutional partners, and sponsors; * Manage business acceleration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to pre\-defined timelines; * Organize strategic incubator events, such as investor meetings, pitch sessions, workshops, and collective mentoring sessions, among others. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Innovation Management, or related fields); Familiarity with Google Workspace (spreadsheets, presentations, reports) and financial management; Analytical capability and strategic vision; Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage institutional partnerships; Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship, and innovation; Residence in Porto Alegre or its metropolitan region; **Contract Details:** Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); Work model: Hybrid; Remuneration: R$6\.000,00 monthly; Benefit: Caju allowance.
