This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of environments, providing first-level technical support, and interacting with vendors and service providers whenever necessary. User Support * Responding to service requests and providing technical support to users; * Diagnosing and resolving issues related to systems, equipment, and access; * Replacing machines and peripherals; * Managing inventory of machines and peripherals; * Formatting and preparing machines; * Installing and relocating equipment according to layout changes; * Diagnosing and resolving printing and connectivity issues; * Configuring printers via Wi\-Fi or server; * Corporate email (setting up rules, signatures, automatic replies, and account management). Networks and Access * Diagnosing network connection issues; * Supporting VPN Client. Corporate Systems * Supporting corporate systems; * Assisting in resolving platform usage issues; * Opening and tracking service requests with responsible vendors and developers.
