What awaits you in your day-to-day responsibilities: * Administer Windows and Linux servers, including monitoring, patch application, backup policies, and virtualized environments using Proxmox and Microsoft Azure. * Manage the lifecycle of workstations (laptops and desktops), ensuring performance, compliance, and up-to-date inventory. * Administer Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID), with focus on identity, governance, and productivity. * Work with UEM/MDM solutions, password vaults, and information security awareness programs. * Monitor and provide support for network infrastructure: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and connectivity assets. * Manage local and network user accounts and permissions, performing periodic reviews based on RBAC. * Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring rapid, secure, and documented provisioning. * Administer and configure pfSense firewalls, including rule definition, ACLs, security policies, NAT, access control, and VPN tunnels. * Support IT governance initiatives, including asset management, licensing, vendor management, and budgetary control. * Document operational routines, network topologies, equipment inventory, and technical procedures. 2512240202491882716
