Job Summary:
Store Coordinator responsible for supervising teams, managing commercial operations, and ensuring store performance and development.

**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate sales staff and telesales operators;
* Lead and train sales staff, store attendants, cashiers, warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and store cleaning staff;
* Motivate and develop the commercial team by providing training and support for high performance;
* Establish and monitor individual and collective key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets;
* Lead sales campaigns and promotions with the team;
* Participate in the selection, onboarding, and orientation of new commercial/sales staff;
* Implement incentive and commission plans that adequately motivate the team;
* Conduct periodic follow-up and feedback meetings.
* Coordinate daily store opening and closing routines, including checklists and presentation standards;
* Ensure proper functioning and replenishment of departments;
* Control and supervise cashier operations, discounts, cancellations, and closings;
* Monitor food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Track attendance records, shift schedules, days off, and breaks;
* Request product restocking (store replenishment) from production or warehouse staff via requisitions;
* Execute, supervise, and/or request purchases for the store department from the procurement supervisor, based on COGS analysis and inventory movements;
* Plan actions for holidays and promotional events.
* Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks;
* Define and track sales targets per salesperson and channel;
* Analyze sales reports and propose adjustments to strategy or execution;
* Control contribution margin and profitability per customer/product;
* Approve discounts and special terms within the authorized scope;
* Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and opportunity conversion.
* Identify opportunities for new customers and markets;
* Establish and manage high-level relationships with strategic customers;
* Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions for complex situations;
* Implement customer loyalty and relationship programs;
* Coordinate prospecting activities and acquisition of new customers.
* Ensure adoption and effective use of commercial management systems (CRM, sales app);
* Collaborate with Operations and Administrative departments;
* Develop sales campaigns and materials;
* Prepare managerial reports and performance analyses;
* Analyze results, propose corrective actions, and communicate indicators to the team;
* Coordinate after-sales and commercial support activities.
* Supervise telesales/order operations and define outreach processes;
* Monitor call-to-sale conversion and optimize results;
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
* Prior experience in the food industry;
* Knowledge of the regional market and customer characteristics;
* Proficiency in computer applications and management tools;
* Solid experience managing commercial teams;
* Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and methodologies;
* Ability to analyze commercial data and prepare reports;
* Familiarity with commercial management tools and CRM systems;
* Knowledge of territory and customer portfolio management;
* Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies;
* Proficiency in commercial KPIs and performance analysis;
* Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Manual;
* Adherence to internal regulations and company policies;
* Visual merchandising and commercial product display;
* Queóps system (back-office, Cosmos Loja, Touch, Delivery, and Orders);
* Basic computer operations: e-mail, Word, Excel, printer usage;
* Basic understanding of COGS calculation, proportionality, and cost control.

* Schedule: **6 days on / 1 day off \- business hours**

* Remuneration: **R$ 3\.500,00**

Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
