




Job Summary: Operates, sets up, and programs CNC machines—including milling machines, machining centers, and lathes—performing quality control and autonomous maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Skills in metrology and reading mechanical drawings **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (milling machine, machining center, lathe); operate knife cells and perform cutting operations; monitor and record process parameters and part quality; document Production Orders (PO); perform autonomous equipment maintenance according to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checklist; ensure all part batches are clearly identified with their respective Production Order (PO); deburr, grind, stamp parts using a punch, and blast parts when required; operate drilling machines when required; lift suspended loads using hoists; occasionally move parts and production materials using manual and electric handling equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Proven experience in the role of CNC machine operator/programmer; • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; • Courses in Basic CNC, CNC Programming and Operation, NR11 – Hoist Operations, Metrology, and Mechanical Drawing Reading and Interpretation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Third shift: 10:03 PM to 7:00 AM **BENEFITS:** R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 \+ hazard pay \+ night shift allowance \+ benefits Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
