Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting information systems and databases, developing specifications and projects aligned with emerging technologies. Ensuring security and high availability of operations We seek a professional who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting information systems and databases; developing functional and technical specifications for development teams; ensuring security and high availability of business-critical operations in compliance with corporate and IT governance standards. This includes developing new system projects and improvement initiatives aligned with market-leading technologies to ensure satisfaction among internal and external customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide users in operating proprietary or third-party systems and support execution of testing routines; * Provide customer support regarding system usage, maintenance, and business process guidance; * Implement and perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance on used systems; * Analyze and document business requirements for system creation or modification; * Execute version and release updates for third-party systems; * Support other analysts in the area during implementation, updating, and maintenance of used systems; * Conduct training sessions for customers on system usage; * Develop improvement projects and new systems; * Monitor system performance, prioritizing optimal efficiency; * Perform consistency and performance testing on used systems whenever necessary; * Understand business processes related to supported systems; * Support administration of databases used by systems; * Code systems using programming languages; * Configure and parameterize system/software environments; * Prepare documentation and manuals for system implementation and maintenance; * Research and propose improvements to current methodologies; * Analyze, assess feasibility, and propose system solutions; * Analyze and evaluate software quality aspects—whether developed in-house or outsourced—with regard to usability, standardization, and visual identity; * Monitor activities performed by third parties, including contract scope compliance; * Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental files. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Ongoing undergraduate degree in IT-related fields or completed bachelor’s degree in any field, provided it is complemented by a postgraduate qualification in IT Experience providing support for systems such as: Asset Management, Accounting, Tax, Billing, and Logistics Knowledge of SQL databases Knowledge of API-based integrations **Desirable:** Completed undergraduate degree Support experience for NL ERP system Knowledge of computer programming **Additional Information** **Upon Hiring:** ****Fuel Allowance (Sodexo Card) or Transportation Voucher Meal Allowance and/or Meal Voucher (Sodexo Card) Childcare Allowance or Babysitter Allowance Workplace Gymnastics Gympass **After 3 Months:** Education Allowance Language Learning Allowance Unimed Health Insurance Plan Uniodonto Dental Insurance Plan PPR – Profit Sharing Program Uniform Personal Accident Insurance Medical Emergency Assistance **After 6 Months:** Private Pension Plan We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative integrated into the Unimed-RS Business Cooperative System, whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimed cooperatives across Rio Grande do Sul.
