Create customer service workflows using chatbots and apply AI for lead qualification. Integrate CRM, WhatsApp, and other tools, and propose continuous improvements focused on scalability and efficiency. Apply Artificial Intelligence: develop, test, and optimize solutions using prompt engineering and intelligent workflow tools for customer service. Integrate tools and systems that connect different platforms—such as CRM, WhatsApp, forms, and calendars—via no-code or API integrations. Previous internships in Software Development, Technical Support, Systems Analysis, or Computer Networks may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
