




**Requirements:** **Advanced English** Reside in Porto Alegre or the Metropolitan Region, Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, or Viamão. Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields; Proven experience with payroll processing; Knowledge of labor legislation; Experience with time-tracking systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Key Responsibilities:** Record working hours via the electronic time-tracking system; Register medical certificates and resolve discrepancies in time records; Recruitment and selection as needed; Verify payroll accuracy; Ensure the accuracy of all information included in payroll; Administer employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, medical and dental assistance); Handle payroll processes, working-hour control, and labor legislation compliance; Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and repairs; Perform HR-related duties with a focus on people management and leadership support. **Working Hours** **Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – 1-hour break** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) contract Compensation: R$8,000.00 – R$8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
