Focused on innovation, it provides services tailored to the needs of various market sectors. **Responsibilities:** Conduct the hiring process. Assist in payroll administration. Manage time tracking, resolving inconsistencies in collaboration with managers. Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others), performing enrollments, removals, and updates. Execute vacation procedures, including tracking acquisition periods. Provide support during contract termination processes. Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. Assist employees by clarifying questions related to payroll, benefits, and labor routines. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information when necessary. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
