Our job opportunities are open to all marginalized groups, including people aged 50+, persons with disabilities (PCD), LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, and others. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and kitchen equipment of low and medium complexity, ensuring optimal equipment performance across the entire complex. * Monitor filter replacement and cleaning, belt adjustments, heating elements, gaskets, hinges, locks, valves, and other components to keep equipment operational; * Assist in repairing various equipment—including central units, fancoils and fancoil units, split systems and window-type air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, drinking fountains, cold rooms, stoves, cold and hot cooking lines, ovens, mixers, blenders, counters—to keep equipment operational; Monitor installation of air conditioning ductwork and assist in conducting tests on refrigeration systems, gas piping, and general kitchen equipment to keep equipment operational. **Requirements and qualifications** * Vocational or technical course (completed or in progress) in Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electro-technical fields, or related technical areas!!! **Additional information** * Hapvida health plan, dental plan, and Dr. Alper benefits * Complimentary meals at our cafeterias * Gympass and Psicologia Viva * Semi-annual and Annual Performance-Based Bonus (PPR), and much more. **We are AVIVA, a company built by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we have understood that entertainment brings people fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and good spirits.
