Address emergency and construction signage matters, aiming to propose solutions that enhance road safety and the safety of internal/external employees and highway system users. Identify best practices and signage standards contributing to team safety and productivity. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor controls and team development. Support business units’ requests for authorizations to conduct works impacting the highway system. Identify priorities and align with concessionaire guidelines to accelerate approvals, considering the occupation plan defined for each location. Identify the need for temporary road restrictions due to construction works and coordinate with competent authorities to implement such measures—through project analysis, coordination with operations and engineering teams, site visits, submissions to traffic authorities, and assessment of traffic flow impacts. Enhance systems and information, optimizing activities to focus more effectively on information analysis. Eliminate repetitive tasks, automate feasible processes (e.g., data entry/exit, calculation automation, Power BI dashboard creation), and produce content supporting analytical thinking.
