Support for chat-based customer service requests and organization of materials for influencers **E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT ( )** **Job Description:** Online shoe sales; WhatsApp-based sales; managing and creating content for VIP customer groups; supporting chat-based customer service as needed; organizing materials for influencers; and other departmental responsibilities. **Requirements:** Minimum education required: High school diploma. Minimum experience required: 6 months. Desired technical competencies: Knowledge and techniques in sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
