Your daily responsibilities as an Operational Assistant at Macromaq will include: Performing truck weighing during loading and unloading processes at the unit; handling company truck loading and unloading; performing administrative control tasks for vehicle entry and exit, reporting relevant information to managers. Conducting yard cleaning and sweeping, tree pruning, painting tasks, working at heights using fall arrest equipment (PTA), confined space work associated with cleaning, verifying vehicles prior to loading, and removing cereal residues from trucks after loading. Organizing the PAF office, receiving drivers at the PAF, and reporting pest infestations (e.g., grain weevils) found in barley samples taken from trucks. * Performing related duties as requested by supervisors * Safeguarding company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities) * Strictly adhering to all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications * Properly wearing company-provided uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Committing to operationally defined goals jointly established with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program * Demonstrating personal and professional conduct appropriate to the role This is a fully on-site position located in the Centro neighborhood of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. What We Expect From You? Completed elementary education; Basic computer skills; Flexible availability for work hours; Commitment and proactivity; Prior experience in this role is desirable. NR 35 certification (Work at Heights) is desirable.
