Draft and review procedures, instructions, and records of the management system. Plan and conduct internal audits. Support external audits by customers and certification bodies. Address nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor quality indicators and propose continuous improvements. Conduct training and awareness activities on quality. Manage customer complaints and monitor satisfaction. Evaluate suppliers against quality criteria.
