We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business focus and oriented toward identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Manage hiring and termination processes, documentation control, payroll, effectiveness, vacations, leaves of absence, bonuses, terminations, and the 13th salary; * Conduct personnel management through activities such as payroll preparation, determining vacation periods and terminations, as well as employee dismissals and hiring; * Prepare routine reports, maintain employee records for client companies, provide assistance to employees, deliver guidance, clarification, and support in resolving employee issues related to social matters and benefits—including social security routines, leave management, and follow-up with employees; * Handle e-Social and DIRF reporting, calculate termination payments and issue FGTS digital termination guides, manage benefits administration, time tracking control, union contributions, and welfare fees, among other duties inherent to the HR department; * Delegate new processes, new clients, or new tasks to the HR team and oversee their implementation; * Ensure timely delivery of all HR deliverables across the team. Create, close, and critically analyze HR performance indicators; * Develop and oversee implementation of HR department procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resource Management; * Proficiency in the Senior system; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. **Skills:** * Systems proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills—interpreting legislation and conveying guidance to clients.
