To work for a **financial BPO company**, located in **CANOAS/RS**. **POSITION:** Junior Financial Analyst II **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **WORK SCHEDULE:** Business hours, Monday to Friday. **SALARY:** R$ 3,229.82 (negotiable) **BENEFITS:** Meal voucher + Transportation voucher + Health insurance with co-payment (after 3 months). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Managerial Processes, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Proficiency in financial BPO routines; * Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing; * Knowledge of cash flow (actual and projected); * Ability to develop budget planning; * Skill in analyzing financial variances; * Experience in monthly closing and financial KPIs; * Experience with financial systems such as Conta Azul, Nibo, and ERPs (Omie, Totvs, Bling, etc.). * Advanced Excel proficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execution of financial BPO routines, especially accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing; * Monitoring of actual and projected cash flow, budget planning, and variance analysis; * Participation in monthly meetings with clients (via Teams or in person, depending on the project), presenting financial analyses and monthly closings; * Preparation of management reports, charts, and financial dashboards (where applicable); * Consistent use of our internal systems (task manager, time-tracking spreadsheets, Teams, SharePoint, Conta Azul, Nibo, etc.); * Rotation across clients and tasks, as planned by leadership; * Proper and consistent use of the company’s internal systems, including: Task management system with time tracking per client and per activity, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Conta Azul, Nibo, Excel, and other internally used tools; * Accessing and operating clients’ ERPs when necessary; * Closing of KPIs; * Performing monthly closing; * Supporting the implementation of financial BPO for new clients.
