




Job Summary: The professional will ensure a safe and healthy work environment by managing hazards and risks and strengthening the safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Continuously strive to achieve Zero Accidents, reinforcing the safety culture through training, awareness-raising, and engagement of employees and leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accompany government agency inspections and technical visits (e.g., Fire Department, Ministry of Labor, etc.) and ensure documentary compliance, including licenses (AVCB, environmental, operation, CETESB, IBAMA) and protocols with Health Surveillance agencies. * Develop and update internal standards, procedures, guidelines, and risk maps, ensuring safe operational standards and alignment with applicable legislation. * Implement and operate mandatory OHS programs (NRs, PPRA/PCMSO, LTCAT, ergonomics, environmental hazards), including defining occupational medical examinations, system controls, and guidance to leadership regarding corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct safety and emergency training, such as use of PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE), safe equipment operation, fire brigade training, first aid, and emergency response. * Prevent occupational accidents and diseases through safety audits, hazard identification and mitigation, execution of continuous prevention programs, and monitoring of performance indicators. * Ensure effective emergency response by organizing fire brigade and first-responder teams, conducting periodic drills and training sessions. * Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), coordinating its election process, attending meetings, monitoring action plans, and jointly organizing the Annual Internal Safety Week (SIPAT) with the commission. * Manage OHS records and reports, including accident statistics, Previdenciary Occupational Profile (PPP), proper waste disposal, and other legally required documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Occupational Safety Technician qualification. * Availability to work at the Escada plant. **Desirable Requirements** * SAP knowledge. * NR Instructor certification. **Additional Information** **Tigre Work Style**: On-site **Work Location**: Escada **Working Hours**: 07:30 \- 17:18 **We care about the well-being of our Tigers and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discounts on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discounts on medications; * Health programs.
