Specializing in big data analytics, we serve major players in the automotive market—including banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, and insurance providers. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Your mission will be to develop and enhance distributed and asynchronous Java-based systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day, you will work on solutions processing large volumes of data, integrating microservices, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop asynchronous and distributed systems, ensuring stability and high performance. * Implement microservices using Spring Boot, applying sound architectural practices. * Integrate with messaging solutions (AMQP), relational databases, and REST APIs. * Design technical solutions aligned with product and business needs. * Create automated tests, technical documentation, and observability practices. * Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development using Docker. * Participate in agile ceremonies (SCRUM or similar). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Programming language: Java 11+ * Minimum 4 years’ proven experience as a Java backend developer. * Web framework: Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring AMQP). * Databases: Relational data modeling and hands-on experience with SQL databases. * Messaging: RabbitMQ or any AMQP-compatible broker. * Experience with object-oriented programming and data structures. * Cloud-native development with Docker. * Experience with microservice architecture and REST APIs. * Version control with Git and GitFlow workflow. * Build and dependency tool: Maven. * Experience with quality practices: automated testing, security, monitoring, and documentation. * Experience with CI/CD tools. * Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments. * Project management tools: Jira or similar. * Agile development methodologies: SCRUM. * Application of best practices: SOLID principles and Design Patterns. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with event-driven architecture. * Experience in high-scale, high-volume processing environments. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools. * Basic understanding of information security applied to software development. **OUR BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher allowance * Health insurance (Sulamérica) * Dental insurance * Birthday day off * Life insurance * Remote work Join the transformation of Brazil’s automotive market!
