Market analysis and competitor monitoring Tire manufacturing and trading company seeks an External Sales Representative in Juazeiro do Norte. **Responsibilities:** Analyze the regional market, identifying potential tire customers and keeping customer records and documents updated in the system. Visit and prospect new customers to foster loyalty and expand the customer portfolio. Verify product availability in internal stock and/or with pre-established external suppliers to deliver services. Prepare and present quotations and discount terms to customers via the system, in accordance with established rules. Issue invoices and warranties for products and services provided. Handle complaints related to sold products and services, reviewing warranty terms and forwarding requests to responsible departments. Act as a facilitator in the collections process when requested by the Credit and Collections Department. Monitor competitors and market developments, identifying trends and reporting them to superiors. Previous roles such as Commercial Representative, External Sales Consultant, External Sales Agent, or External Sales Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
