**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Manage and develop partners, ensuring sales performance, operational excellence, and alignment with Claro’s objectives;
* Closely monitor authorized agents, ensuring achievement of Claro’s commercial goals and strategies;
* Monitor sales results and propose actions to improve performance;
* Ensure proper implementation of campaigns, commercial policies, and service standards;
* Conduct regular store visits (routes) to monitor operations, provide support, and identify opportunities;
* Negotiate with partners aiming for sustainable channel growth;
* Serve as a knowledge reference for Claro’s products, services, and processes;
* Act as the liaison between partners and internal company departments, promoting alignment and resolving requests;
**Requirements and Qualifications**

**To join our team, it is essential:**

* Reside in Juazeiro do Norte;
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
* Prior experience in commercial management, sales supervision, or channel relationship roles;
* Availability for route-based travel, primarily to northern Mato Grosso;
* Personal vehicle and Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
