Job Summary: Purchasing Analyst responsible for meeting replenishment needs, issuing quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking **PURCHASING ANALYST** **Location:** Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Fulfill the company's product and service replenishment needs by issuing quotations and purchasing products; * Follow up on deliveries of purchased products, informing requesting departments of possible delays and estimated delivery times; * Plan purchases of products and services; * Negotiate with suppliers by evaluating price, quality, and delivery time, requesting quotations and comparing best proposals; * Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking; **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Prior experience in procurement; * Knowledge of inventory control, negotiation techniques, and market awareness.
