Job Summary: Support in recruitment and selection, resume screening, candidate feedback, interview follow-up, and assistance in Training & Development (T&D) and internal marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in internal marketing Responsibilities: Provide support for recruitment and selection activities; Screen resumes; Provide feedback to candidates; Monitor initial interviews; Maintain and update the R\&S system; Assist with Training and Development and internal marketing initiatives.
