




Job Summary: Internship position for network infrastructure monitoring, supporting incident response, ticket registration, assisting in fault identification, and customer interaction. Customer communication to relay information and status **Responsibilities:** * Monitor network infrastructure using NOC tools; * Support in handling network service requests and incidents; * Register, track, and update tickets in the system; * Assist in identifying and escalating faults and outages; * Contact customers to relay information and service status; * Support organizing technical documentation and reports; * Follow team network routines and processes. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Computer Networks, Information Security, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Interest and affinity for networking and monitoring; * Strong oral and written communication skills, as frequent customer interaction is required; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior professional experience (including internships or academic projects); * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, protocols, monitoring, etc.). **Address: Rua Enxovia, 472 \- Vila São Francisco (onsite work)** **Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00\.** Job Type: Internship Compensation: Up to R$1\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
