Responsibilities and assignments WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL LOOK LIKE: Attend the training course offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within the assigned area, such as: ❑ Implement the Maintenance Plan according to technical standards, procedures, and company targets; ❑ Support the local team and observe the Operator’s daily routine; ❑ Assist with tanker truck receipt processes and quality control; ❑ Perform product storage and handling; ❑ Support fleet refueling operations; ❑ Assist in and conduct product quality verification, truck receipt, and release; ❑ Conduct tests (quality, routine, periodic inspections) and equipment/product checklists; ❑ Assist in failure analysis and planning of preventive and predictive maintenance for base equipment; ❑ Manage material entry and exit, storage, product registration, and quality control; ❑ Record data and information in spreadsheets and management systems, including inputs into the operational expense concept system; ❑ Support invoice issuance routines; ❑ Provide customer, supplier, and/or colleague service; ❑ Apply concepts from the Alert! and SIGO systems; ❑ Support equipment organization, storage, and cleaning of machines and the work environment; ❑ Comply with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
