If you wish to grow with us, don’t miss the chance to apply and become part of our success story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and oversight of field silviculture activities related to forest establishment and maintenance; Training and guidance of the silviculture team on current operational procedures; Participation alongside the quality team in operational audits and verification of compliance with operational procedure requirements; Support in decision-making regarding: non-conformance handling, generation of quality indicators, regional input inventory control, production reporting, and quality assessment; Basic computer skills; Individuals who demonstrate interest and capability to overcome daily challenges alongside the forest quality team; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Agricultural, livestock, or forestry technical certification is a plus; Knowledge of all forest establishment and maintenance activities; Valid driver’s license: A/B; Willingness to reside on-site (accommodation provided by the Company at farms) in the GRAJAÚ\-MA region
