




Job Summary: Responsible for aircraft supervision, handling of baggage and cargo, segregation of volumes, inspection of packaging, and operation of equipment with attention and coordination. Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading (with luggage and cargo), flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the ramp. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Supervise aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and supervise baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregate volumes in airport sorting areas by reading baggage and cargo identification labels (using technology or manually) to ensure loading into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following rules and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate inter-flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo packaging to verify compliance with transportation requirements, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes per service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment anomalies during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574717
