Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and develop lessons according to the technical training curriculum. * Deliver theoretical and practical classes, promoting effective student learning. * Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical activities. * Continuously update knowledge on innovations in the field of expertise and teaching methodology. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and collaborate with the teaching staff to improve the educational process. * Assist in developing teaching materials and pedagogical resources. * Promote discipline and respect in the school environment, encouraging a collaborative learning atmosphere.
