Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and develop lessons according to the technical training curriculum. * Deliver theoretical and practical classes, promoting students' effective learning. * Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and hands-on activities. * Continuously update knowledge on innovations in the field of expertise and teaching methodology. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and collaborate with the teaching staff to enhance the educational process. * Assist in developing teaching materials and pedagogical resources. * Promote discipline and respect in the school environment, encouraging a collaborative learning atmosphere. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed degree in Portuguese Language and Literature * At least one year of prior experience teaching high school students * Knowledge of Brazilian and Portuguese literature * Strong communication and teaching skills * Willingness to engage in continuous professional development 2511270202401768238
