Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and develop lessons according to the technical training curriculum. * Deliver theoretical and practical lessons, promoting effective student learning. * Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and hands-on activities. * Stay constantly updated on innovations in the field of practice and teaching methodology. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and collaborate with the teaching staff to enhance the educational process. * Assist in developing teaching materials and pedagogical resources. * Promote discipline and respect in the school environment, encouraging a collaborative learning atmosphere.
