Job Summary: Building maintenance professional responsible for assisting with and performing electrical, hydraulic, minor repairs, and equipment and facility inspections at the store. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and minor repairs, masonry, and basic refrigeration concepts. Assist in maintaining and preventing equipment failures at the store according to company procedures; Perform necessary repairs; Inspect store lighting to verify faults or deficiencies; Clean air conditioning units; Perform minor repairs including painting, lock servicing, and unclogging toilets and sinks, as needed; Assist maintenance and infrastructure professionals; Handle movement of materials and equipment; Support construction project monitoring; Support all operational activities within the maintenance area and battery room. 2512250202491935029
