Interdepartmental collaboration and reinforcement of organizational identity **Key Deliverables** Ensure that all received goods are **in accordance with purchase orders**, guaranteeing accurate verification, product integrity, and **proper inventory organization**, thereby contributing to logistics operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **General Responsibilities** Embody and reinforce the **organizational identity of Comercial Brasil**; Provide guidance to employees and customers on matters related to the department; Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming for **greater efficiency and process organization**; Collaborate with other departments of Comercial Brasil to contribute to **business results**; Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; Support team development to help achieve expected results; Perform other duties related to the position as required by the department and manager’s direction. **Specific Responsibilities** Perform **goods receipt and verification**, checking quantities, volumes, and product conditions; Inspect goods to identify possible **damages or irregularities**, immediately reporting them to the responsible person; Ensure that received products match **invoices and purchase orders**; Maintain an **organized inventory**, facilitating internal movement and product control; Assist in conducting **periodic inventories**, performing physical verification of goods and identifying potential discrepancies; Operate an **electric pallet jack** for moving and organizing products within the warehouse; Collaborate with **inventory, shipping, and logistics teams**, ensuring efficient operational flow; Report any operational issues to the immediate supervisor; Maintain a **clean and organized workplace**; Correctly use **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**; Strictly comply with **safety regulations for handling and moving goods**. **Minimum Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Minimum of **06 months of experience in logistics, inventory, or receiving activities**. **Preferred Qualification:** **NR 11 certification**.
