Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing job tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and sweeping the floor to collect dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance) to ensure correct loading onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for the appropriate flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following standards and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (e.g., fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and deliver them to designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate interline connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify suitability for transportation, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling the items; * Properly handle and allocate baggage and cargo within aircraft holds, observing internal retention and maximum safe hold height limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during docking procedures to prevent collisions with the aircraft fuselage; * Service aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct pre-use checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repair to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions occurring during operations to supervisors. 2512070202191574717
