Preferred qualifications include: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs); * Alignment with Brisanet Group’s organizational identity; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Updating area performance indicators when required; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments upon request; * Using personal and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Performing other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and leadership direction; * Selling Brisanet Group products and services according to customer and company needs; * Training new employees and covering colleagues’ vacations across other stores as needed; * Monetizing and retaining an existing customer base, including during cancellation processes; * Performing mobile telephony activation and support; * Opening and tracking repair tickets when necessary; * Providing customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction; * Scheduling installations and configuring services; * Processing plan transfers, registration updates, information updates, and due date changes; * Maintaining store organization and ensuring proper functioning of equipment and work materials; * Opening and closing the store according to the schedule defined by coordination, ensuring compliance with all company-established security procedures—including full equipment inspection, proper door and window closure, and accurate system logging—to guarantee environmental integrity and operational continuity. 2512190202551927058
