Job Summary: The professional will monitor delivery deadlines, optimize logistics processes, control operational KPIs, and support team management. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis and performance reporting Monitor material delivery deadlines and drive improvements in logistics processes. Control and monitor operational KPIs. Support managers in team management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct operational analyses to optimize processes (productivity and quality), involving equipment, time, and methods; Develop improvements and/or cost reductions in logistics, scheduling, and product or service delivery through new methods and processes; Evaluate transportation and delivery systems through controls; Use ERP systems for inventory management; Develop supply chain strategies: demand, required service level, distribution modes, transportation infrastructure — to meet customer needs; Perform product shipment tracking when necessary; Prepare budgets and cost analysis demonstrations; Analyze data and generate reports based on performance indicators; Support operations management projects; Analyze comprehensive inventories for contract control; Monitor operational development via management systems to achieve operational standardization; Engage with customers to identify their needs and propose solutions and improvements; Supervise teams, planning and controlling activities performed under contracts while ensuring service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations. **Additional Information** We offer a market-aligned benefits package, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or company-provided shuttle); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and well-being programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), subject to achievement of targets. **Important:** * Benefits granted per contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
