If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy challenges, and wish to contribute to the sustainability and growth of a global giant, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register requesting users, reasons, relationships among warehouses, usages, stock groups, and cost centers, guiding users on these permissions; * Ensure accurate accounting of expenses by analyzing accounting classifications, cost centers, general ledger accounts, stock groups, and expense types to support managerial decision-making; * Analyze components of integrated costs and production orders to ensure correct accounting of Cost of Production (CPP); * Provide analyses on variances in the cost of produced goods (CPP), estimated cost (GCP), and cost of goods sold (CPV), detailing at the component level and analyzing variances across periods and fiscal years; * Identify and analyze causes of variance in the average cost of purchased and internally produced items, as well as inventory quantity variances; * Monitor production costing inconsistencies such as items with negative balances, production orders without reservations, production orders with raw material consumption but no production registration, and orders with inconsistencies in factory allocation and quality controls; * Reconcile quantities between Block K and the company’s inventory records to ensure accuracy of information submitted to tax authorities; * Control and analyze supporting documents for accounting and tax movements to reconcile and identify potential variances; * Provide technical and operational guidance to the team and other functions within the scope of responsibilities (maintenance and usage); * Propose process improvements within the functional area; * Enable process optimization to enhance agility, reliability, and ease of execution through technological solutions such as artificial intelligence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree **completed** in **Accounting, Economics, or Administration**; * Advanced-level **Excel** proficiency; * Knowledge of **Power BI**. #### **Desirable** * Knowledge of **Absorption Costing**; * Experience with **Expense Allocation**; * Knowledge of **Cost Allocations**; **Additional Information** Location: Grendene \- Crato Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and collaboration — by hands that, with every step, infuse love into everything they do!
