Job Summary: We are seeking talents for operational positions in GSE, including Mechanic, Electrician, Welder, Painter, and Maintenance Assistant, with a focus on maintenance of airport ground support equipment. Teamwork and commitment to quality and safety Description: * Completed high school; technical training in a related field; * Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy vehicles; * Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions; * Capacity to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment to quality, safety, and work efficiency; * Availability to work shifts and overtime as required; * Prior experience in maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE) at airports; * Familiarity with airport safety standards and operational regulations. Physical requirements for these positions include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, locomotion, and ambulation to carry out maintenance and respond to emergency services. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for inspections, maintenance, and vehicle operation for company business (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB), and auditory perception for telephone communications, interactions with colleagues, identification of abnormal noises from parts and equipment, and recognition of emergency audio signals in public roads and operational areas. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, creativity, interpretation of technical drawings and data, and initiative in resolving causal situations. We are continually seeking talents for operational positions within our GSE department, with the following main roles: * MECHANIC Responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance of heavy-duty equipment, focusing on diesel engines and heavy machinery. * ELECTRICIAN Responsible for repairing and performing preventive maintenance on electrical and electronic systems and components for automotive applications in airport environments, e.g., diesel-powered equipment. * WELDER Responsible for structural repairs involving welding and metalworking on airport ground support equipment. * PAINTER Responsible for surface preparation, painting, and repairs on airport ground support equipment. * MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Assists in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and tire-related maintenance and repair tasks. 2512070202191574719
