Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, optimizing, and controlling fleet operations, with a focus on continuous improvement, data analysis, and effective communication with drivers and managers. Effective communication and strategic vision in fleet management. * Planning and optimization of fleet processes with emphasis on continuous improvement. Cost control: monitoring expenses related to fuel, maintenance, and losses, producing detailed reports to support managerial decisions. Data analysis: identifying bottlenecks, opportunities, and proposing solutions to increase fleet efficiency. Relationship management with drivers and managers through effective communication to ensure organized and safe operations. Reporting traffic violations by drivers, verifying invoices for parts and services, preparing discount agreements, and quoting parts and services. * Organizational skills and attention to detail—essential for managing fleet workflows and operations. Knowledge of logistics and basic mechanical concepts, enabling understanding of vehicle maintenance and operational requirements. Problem-solving ability and proactivity to handle unexpected situations and implement improvements. Strategic vision to assist managers in decision-making and process optimization. Academic background in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
