INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as an ACADEMIC MANAGER are:** * Manage and monitor actions carried out by course coordinators at the Unit through systematic control (meetings, e\-mail, individual contact), ensuring competitive differentiation and high course performance compared to the local market; * Guide and supervise the implementation of the Unit's academic planning each semester, aiming to achieve institutional goals; * Represent the Institution before regulatory agencies, observing specific procedures to ensure approval of submitted processes; * Supervise and monitor Regulatory actions regarding course authorization, recognition, and renewal processes at the Unit; * Manage and control faculty costs, average occupancy, and teacher allocation together with course coordinators each semester, aiming to meet the area's specific budget without compromising quality; * Plan together with Institutional Program Coordinators (Scientific Initiation, tutoring, and Social Responsibility) specific activities and actions through systematic meetings, aiming to strengthen each program; * Supervise, together with the Unit's Course Coordinators, the execution of guidelines and decisions from National Coordinations through meetings, e\-mail, and individual contacts, ensuring compliance within scheduled deadlines; * Plan and execute actions together with Course and Institutional Program Coordinators using available resources (financial, pedagogical, physical, technological, and human) to reduce student dropout and achieve renewal targets; * Systematically plan and monitor the execution of the specific action plan for Estácio's Student Satisfaction Survey through individual meetings with responsible parties, ensuring increasing student satisfaction rates. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization/Master's/Ph.D. is a plus; * Knowledge of Educational Legislation and Regulatory Processes; * Familiarity with academic routines; * Knowledge and experience in academic management and processes; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional information** Workplace: Av.
