Come experience with us the Flavor of Northeast Brazil — apply now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose adaptations and improvements, structure technical documentation, operational procedures, and electrical maintenance activities. * Maintain control over maintenance requests and direct the team according to priorities; * Ensure team safety during all activities in compliance with safety regulations; * Schedule production line shutdowns for maintenance execution; * Assist in planning maintenance activities; * Implement risk analysis processes for facilities (JSA); * Conduct safety dialogues with the maintenance team; * Supervise the team in calibration, adjustment, cleaning of process control instruments, and preventive and corrective maintenance. * Deliver technical training to the team; * Monitor departmental performance indicators; * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment by the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of electroelectronics; * Familiarity with NR 10, 12, 13, 33, and 35\. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Shared Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * On-site Restaurant; * Meal Voucher; * Corporate University; * Leisure Facility Partnership.
