Assistance with goods receipt and storage **Position Summary:** Responsible for assisting with operational kitchen activities, supporting food preparation, sanitation, organization, and inventory control, always adhering to food safety standards and good handling practices. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating according to the kitchen team’s instructions. * Wash, sanitize, peel, cut, and perform pre\-preparation of foods as per established standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. * Sanitize dishes, pots, and other materials used. * Assist with goods receipt and storage, verifying product expiration dates and quality. * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and company internal procedures. * Support chefs and other team members with daily tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred but not mandatory. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Agility, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and process quality.
