




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, executing changes, supporting negotiations, coordinating technical visits, and integrating with planning areas. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and monitor contracts, ensuring corrections and generating reports. 2. Support negotiations with suppliers and requesting departments. 3. Coordinate technical visits and control equipment movement. **DESCRIPTION** * Analyze and monitor contracts, ensuring tax, technical, and contractual corrections, and prepare monthly performance, balance, and historical reports; * Execute and monitor contractual changes, such as price adjustments, addendums, and restatements, maintaining organized and up-to-date records; * Support negotiations and meetings with suppliers and requesting departments, mediating actions and implementing defined action plans; * Coordinate technical visits and control the movement and return of equipment and materials, ensuring deliveries and payments to suppliers; * Establish integration with planning departments to improve contracts, and support contract closure and archiving. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 4 years of documented experience (e.g., in Work Record Book or other employment contract) in procurement or related fields within medium- or large-sized companies. **EDUCATION** * Completed undergraduate degree with officially registered diploma (or certificate) issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in the native language and technical writing skills; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * SAP system and its derivatives (Ariba, S/4HANA, YARD, etc.); * Email; * Petronect Portal.
