Join us in leading this transformation with Grendene! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interact with related departments, identifying opportunities for productivity/quality improvement and enhancements to processes and equipment. * Propose process improvements within your area of responsibility. * Manage machinery and equipment, ensuring teams follow technical and operational procedures aimed at safeguarding personnel safety and preserving machinery and equipment. * Operate machinery and equipment in a multifunctional capacity across different processes, adhering to respective technical and operational procedures whenever required. * Support team management by addressing aspects involving processes, products, or people, thereby assisting leadership in decision-making. * Ensure process productivity and delivery quality within your area of responsibility. * Conduct technical and behavioral training for the work team. * Maintain workplace quality, keeping it organized and clean in accordance with company safety standards. * Ensure inventory accuracy (physical vs. system), guaranteeing reliable information for related departments regarding quantities and additional control attributes (quality, shade, expiry date, width, etc.). * Allocate and guide the work team according to staffing requirements, considering available and necessary resources to meet scheduling and demand requirements, focusing on quality, quantity, productivity, and established deadlines. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of inventory materials, machinery, and equipment, signaling opportunities for their appropriate disposition. * Be accountable for performance indicators in your area of responsibility, monitoring them, conducting qualitative analyses, and implementing necessary actions to ensure results. Be responsible for implementing, sustaining, and improving computerized management systems (e.g., WMS, TOTVS, YMS, SGTI, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed undergraduate degree** in **Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**; * **Postgraduate studies preferred** in **Supply Chain Management, Lean Logistics**, or **Operations Management** — considered a plus; * Preferred **knowledge of integrated systems (ERP/WMS/TMS)** and **continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)**.
