We are currently experiencing a phase of expansion and growth, and we are seeking a Senior Delphi Developer who will be responsible for maintaining and developing solutions to help our clients improve their results through the use of innovative technologies and enhanced management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the product by following market trends and pursuing technological innovations that meet customer demands and position Sisloc ahead of its competitors. Implement new features in the system to adopt new and improved practices for fulfilling requests, subject to technical leadership approval; Monitor existing demand queues in Redmine and/or Zendesk and resolve reported issues or assist internal and/or external customers in resolving them; Provide daily progress updates to management (immediate supervisor/technical leader); Contact customers directly to resolve specific issues; Perform technical analysis of program and code inspection; Diagnose application-related problems; Propose system improvements to reduce errors occurring during maintenance and enhance coding standards; Assist in the development/training of peer or junior developers; Review their code and suggest improvement points; Develop technical artifacts to standardize and facilitate development; Conduct training sessions/workshops on topics related to the area and assist in managing team performance analysis. **Technical Requirements:** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields. SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Database and SQL commands (knowledge of SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, HAVING, CREATE TABLE, ALTER TABLE, WHERE clauses); Coding of simple, medium, and complex programs; Understanding of operating system concepts; Proficiency in the Delphi programming language; Knowledge of data modeling and system architecture; Familiarity with third-party technologies and tools that complement applications. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system programming. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (HARD SKILLS): Database, Delphi platform, SQL commands, programming languages, third-party components and integrations. **Behavioral Profile:** Organization, Systemic thinking, Knowledge management, Negotiation skills.
