




Job Summary: This role involves delivering correspondence, processing sales order requests, sorting and archiving departmental documents, and performing related administrative tasks. Execution of administrative support tasks * Deliver correspondence to store tenants; * Visit stores and request sales entry via the shopping center's portal; * Sort and store departmental documents; * Archive all departmental documents; * Prepare delivery protocols for correspondence; * Perform other tasks related to those described above, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
